In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "waja888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the waja888 online gaming platform accessible at waja888.club, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the waja888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player upon successful completion of the waja888 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's waja888 Account wallet denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.

By accessing, browsing, or using the waja888 platform in any manner — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and waja888. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued access to or use of waja888 following the posting of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with waja888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.

Use of the waja888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register Accounts on waja888.
• You must not be subject to any court-imposed restriction or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into binding contractual obligations.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by waja888 or any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of waja888 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of waja888 or any of its affiliated gaming providers, unless expressly permitted in writing by waja888 management.

waja888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any balance held in an ineligible Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.

To access the full range of waja888 Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active waja888 Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and promptly update it in the event of any change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your waja888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. waja888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Identity verification (KYC): waja888 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
• Account non-transferability: Your waja888 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any part of it to any third party.

Deposits. waja888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. waja888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered to the Account holder.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. waja888 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for most methods, subject to payment provider availability and waja888's internal compliance review procedures.

Anti-money laundering. waja888 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored. waja888 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity. In such cases, waja888 may report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Currency. All Account Balances, bets, wins, and bonuses are denominated in MYR unless otherwise expressly stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player and will be disclosed prior to the transaction.

waja888 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit, account status, and geographic restrictions) are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion.
• waja888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to reclaim Bonus Funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gaming.
• Only one promotion may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Promotions are not transferable and carry no cash value unless explicitly converted through legitimate wagering activity.

All bets placed on waja888 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted only from authenticated, fully verified waja888 Accounts with sufficient Balance to cover the stake at the time of placement.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the waja888 system. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be accepted except where permitted under specific live betting rules or in the case of a manifest system error.
• waja888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified promptly and the relevant stake amount refunded to their Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the waja888 system logs and game provider records shall constitute conclusive evidence of the transaction. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
• Sportsbook bets are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of waja888. In the absence of specific rules, standard international sports betting conventions apply.
• Maximum payout limits per event or per day may apply and are displayed in the relevant product section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waja888 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Chip dumping, money laundering, or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming.
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform process.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, or any part of waja888's back-end infrastructure, without authorisation.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment instruments.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to waja888 will be processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Winnings generated during a self-exclusion period will be voided. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

All content on the waja888 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, trademarks, logos, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of waja888 or its licensed providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of waja888.

The waja888 name, logo, and associated trademarks are the registered or unregistered intellectual property of waja888. Unauthorised use of any waja888 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, waja888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of gaming revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

waja888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

waja888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. waja888 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

waja888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon termination of an Account for breach, any Balance — including real money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player breach (e.g., service discontinuation), waja888 will make reasonable efforts to refund verified Balances to the Player's registered payment method.

waja888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between waja888 and each Player. By registering a waja888 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

waja888 takes data security seriously and implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of data processing, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. waja888 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

waja888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the waja888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waja888 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and waja888, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through waja888's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting waja888 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
